Hadith in Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، ” أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَعَا بِقَدَحٍ فِيهِ مَاءٌ فَغَسَلَ يَدَيْهِ وَوَجْهَهُ فِيهِ وَمَجَّ فِيهِ
Urdu Translation
´ہم سے محمد بن العلاء نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے ابواسامہ نے برید کے واسطے سے بیان کیا، وہ ابوبردہ سے، وہ ابوموسیٰ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ` رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک پیالہ منگایا جس میں پانی تھا۔ پھر اس میں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنے دونوں ہاتھوں اور چہرے کو دھویا اور اسی میں کلی کی۔
English Translation
Narrated Abu Musa: Once the Prophet asked for a tumbler containing water. He washed his hands and face in it and also threw a mouthful of water in it.
