| حَدَّثَنَا مُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : ” أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَسْجُدَ عَلَى سَبْعَةِ أَعْظُمٍ عَلَى الْجَبْهَةِ ، وَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ عَلَى أَنْفِهِ وَالْيَدَيْنِ وَالرُّكْبَتَيْنِ وَأَطْرَافِ الْقَدَمَيْنِ وَلَا نَكْفِتَ الثِّيَابَ وَالشَّعَرَ ” . |

| ´ہم سے معلی بن اسد نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے وہیب بن خالد نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے عبداللہ بن طاؤس سے، انہوں نے اپنے باپ سے، انہوں نے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے کہ` نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا مجھے سات اعضاء پر سجدہ کرنے کا حکم ہوا ہے۔ پیشانی پر اور اپنے ہاتھ سے ناک کی طرف اشارہ کیا اور دونوں ہاتھ اور دونوں گھٹنے اور دونوں پاؤں کی انگلیوں پر۔ اس طرح کہ ہم نہ کپڑے سمیٹیں نہ بال۔ |

| Narrated Ibn `Abbas: The Prophet said, “I have been ordered to prostrate on seven bones i.e. on the forehead along with the tip of the nose and the Prophet pointed towards his nose, both hands, both knees and the toes of both feet and not to gather the clothes or the hair.” |
