| حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُقَاتِلٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، ” أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُفِّنَ فِي ثَلَاثَةِ أَثْوَابٍ يَمَانِيَةٍ بِيضٍ سَحُولِيَّةٍ مِنْ كُرْسُفٍ لَيْسَ فِيهِنَّ قَمِيصٌ وَلَا عِمَامَةٌ ” . |

| ´ہم سے محمد بن مقاتل نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم کو عبداللہ نے خبر دی، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہمیں ہشام بن عروہ نے خبر دی، انہیں ان کے باپ عروہ بن زبیر نے اور انہیں (ان کی خالہ) ام المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہ` رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو یمن کے تین سفید سوتی دھلے ہوئے کپڑوں میں کفن دیا گیا ان میں نہ قمیص تھی نہ عمامہ۔ |
