| حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ” نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى تُزْهِيَ ، قَالَ حَتَّى تَحْمَارَّ ” . |

| ´ہم سے قتیبہ نے امام مالک سے بیان کیا ‘ ان سے حمید نے اور ان سے انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ` رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے جب تک پھل پر سرخی نہ آ جائے ‘ انہیں بیچنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔ انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ مراد یہ ہے کہ جب تک وہ پک کر سرخ نہ ہو جائیں۔ |

| Narrated Anas bin Malik: Allah’s Apostle forbade the selling of fruits until they were ripe. The Prophet (p.b.u.h) added, “It means that they become red .” |
