| حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى ، قَالَ : ” كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَتَاهُ قَوْمٌ بِصَدَقَتِهِمْ ، قَالَ : اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى آلِ فُلَانٍ ، فَأَتَاهُ أَبِي بِصَدَقَتِهِ ، فَقَالَ : اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى آلِ أَبِي أَوْفَى ” . |

| ´ہم سے حفص بن عمر نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے شعبہ نے عمرو بن مرہ سے بیان کیا ‘ ان سے عبداللہ بن ابی اوفی رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ` جب کوئی قوم اپنی زکوٰۃ لے کر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوتی تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ان کے لیے دعا فرماتے «اللهم صل على آل فلان» اے اللہ! آل فلاں کو خیر و برکت عطا فرما ‘ میرے والد بھی اپنی زکوٰۃ لے کر حاضر ہوئے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا «اللهم صل على آل أبي أوفى» اے اللہ! آل ابی اوفی کو خیر و برکت عطا فرما۔ |

| Narrated ‘Abdullah bin Abu Aufa : Whenever a person came to the Prophet with his alms, the Prophet would say, “O Allah! Send your Blessings upon so and so.” My father went to the Prophet with his alms and the Prophet said, “O Allah! Send your blessings upon the offspring of Abu Aufa.” |
