| حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ,”أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ بالمدينة أَرْبَعًا،وَصَلَّى الْعَصْرَ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ، قَالَ : وَأَحْسِبُهُ بَاتَ بِهَا حَتَّى أَصْبَحَ ” . |

| ´ہم سے قتیبہ بن سعید نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے عبدالوہاب نے بیان کیا، کہ ہم سے ایوب سختیانی نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابوقلابہ نے اور ان سے انس بن مالک نے کہ` رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مدینہ میں ظہر چار رکعت پڑھی لیکن ذوالحلیفہ میں عصر دو رکعت۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ میرا خیال ہے کہ رات صبح تک آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ذوالحلیفہ میں ہی گزار دی۔ |

| Narrated Abu Qilaba: Anas bin Malik said, “The Prophet offered four rak`at of the Zuhr prayer in Medina and two rak`at of `Asr prayer at Dhul-Hulaifa.” I think that the Prophet passed the night there till morning. |
