| حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، ” أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا طَافَ بالبيت الطَّوَافَ الْأَوَّلَ يَخُبُّ ثَلَاثَةَ أَطْوَافٍ , وَيَمْشِي أَرْبَعَةً ، وَأَنَّهُ كَانَ يَسْعَى بَطْنَ الْمَسِيلِ إِذَا طَافَ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا والمروة ” . |

| ´ہم سے ابراہیم بن المنذر نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم سے انس بن عیاض نے بیان کیا، ان سے عبیداللہ عمری نے، ان سے نافع نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ` نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب بیت اللہ کا پہلا طواف (یعنی طواف قدوم) کرتے تو اس کے تین چکروں میں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم دوڑ کر چلتے اور چار میں معمول کے موافق چلتے پھر جب صفا اور مروہ کی سعی کرتے تو ”بطن مسیل“ (وادی) میں دوڑ کر چلتے۔ |

| Narrated Ibn `Umar: When the Prophet performed the Tawaf of the Ka`ba, he did Ramal during the first three rounds and in the last four rounds he used to walk and while doing Tawaf between Safa and Marwa, he used to run in the midst of the rain water passage. |
