| حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ ، قال يُونُسُ : قال ابْنُ شِهَابٍ : حَدَّثَنِي حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ أَخْبَرَهُ ، ” أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ بَعَثَهُ فِي الْحَجَّةِ الَّتِي أَمَّرَهُ عَلَيْهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَبْلَ حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ فِي رَهْطٍ يُؤَذِّنُ فِي النَّاسِ أَلَا لَا يَحُجُّ بَعْدَ الْعَامِ مُشْرِكٌ ، وَلَا يَطُوفُ بالبيت عُرْيَانٌ ” . |

| ´ہم سے يحيىٰ بن بکیر نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم سے لیث نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم سے یونس نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم سے ابن شہاب نے بیان کیا کہ مجھ سے حمید بن عبدالرحمٰن نے بیان کیا اور انہیں ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے خبر دی کہ` ابوبکر صدیق رضی اللہ عنہ نے اس حج کے موقع پر جس کا امیر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں بنایا تھا۔ انہیں دسویں تاریخ کو ایک مجمع کے سامنے یہ اعلان کرنے کے لیے بھیجا تھا کہ اس سال کے بعد کوئی مشرک حج بیت اللہ نہیں کر سکتا اور نہ کوئی شخص ننگا رہ کر طواف کر سکتا ہے۔ |

| Narrated Abu Huraira: In the year prior to the last Hajj of the Prophet when Allah’s Apostle made Abu Bakr the leader of the pilgrims, the latter (Abu Bakr) sent me in the company of a group of people to make a public announcement: ‘No pagan is allowed to perform Hajj after this year, and no naked person is allowed to perform Tawaf of the Ka`ba.’ (See Hadith No. 365 Vol. 1) |
