| حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : ” وَقَصَتْ بِرَجُلٍ مُحْرِمٍ نَاقَتُهُ فَقَتَلَتْهُ ، فَأُتِيَ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : اغْسِلُوهُ وَكَفِّنُوهُ ، وَلَا تُغَطُّوا رَأْسَهُ ، وَلَا تُقَرِّبُوهُ طِيبًا فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يُهِلُّ ” . |

| ´ہم سے قتیبہ نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے جریر نے بیان کیا، ان سے منصور نے، ان سے حکم نے، ان سے سعید بن جبیر نے اور ان سے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ` ایک محرم شخص کے اونٹ نے حجۃ الوداع کے موقع پر اس کی گردن (گرا کر) توڑ دی اور اسے جان سے مار دیا، اس شخص کو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے سامنے لایا گیا تو آپ نے فرمایا کہ انہیں غسل اور کفن دے دو لیکن ان کا سر نہ ڈھکو اور نہ خوشبو لگاؤ کیونکہ (قیامت میں) یہ لبیک کہتے ہوئے اٹھے گا۔ |

| Narrated Ibn `Abbas: A man was crushed to death by his she-camel and was brought to Allah’s Apostle who said, “Give him a bath and shroud him, but do not cover his head, and do not bring any perfume near to him, as he will be resurrected reciting Talbiya.” |
