| حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ” نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ حَبَلِ الْحَبَلَةِ ” ، وَكَانَ بَيْعًا يَتَبَايَعُهُ أَهْلُ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ ، كَانَ الرَّجُلُ يَبْتَاعُ الْجَزُورَ إِلَى أَنْ تُنْتَجَ النَّاقَةُ ، ثُمَّ تُنْتَجُ الَّتِي فِي بَطْنِهَا . |

| ´ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف تنیسی نے بیان کیا، انہیں امام مالک نے خبر دی، انہیں نافع نے، اور انہیں عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ` رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حمل کے حمل کی بیع سے منع فرمایا۔ اس بیع کا طریقہ جاہلیت میں رائج تھا۔ ایک شخص ایک اونٹ یا اونٹنی خریدتا اور قیمت دینے کی میعاد یہ مقرر کرتا کہ ایک اونٹنی جنے پھر اس کے پیٹ کی اونٹنی بڑی ہو کر جنے۔ |

| Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Allah’s Apostle forbade the sale called ‘Habal-al-Habala which was a kind of sale practiced in the Pre- Islamic Period of ignorance. One would pay the price of a she-camel which was not born yet would be born by the immediate offspring of an extant she-camel. |
