| حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : ” لَا يَبِيعُ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ ، وَلَا تَلَقَّوْا السِّلَعَ حَتَّى يُهْبَطَ بِهَا إِلَى السُّوقِ ” . |

| ´ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم کو امام مالک رحمہ اللہ نے خبر دی، انہیں نافع نے اور انہیں عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ` رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کوئی شخص کسی دوسرے کی بیع پر بیع نہ کرے اور جو مال باہر سے آ رہا ہو اس سے آگے جا کر نہ ملے جب تک وہ بازار میں نہ آئے۔ |

| Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Allah’s Apostle said, “You should not try to cancel the purchases of one another (to get a benefit thereof), and do not go ahead to meet the caravan (for buying the goods) (but wait) till it reaches the market.” |
