| حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ” أَرْخَصَ لِصَاحِبِ الْعَرِيَّةِ أَنْ يَبِيعَهَا بِخَرْصِهَا ” . |

| ´ہم سے عبداللہ بن مسلمہ نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے امام مالک نے بیان کیا، ان سے نافع نے، ان سے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ` رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے صاحب عریہ کو اس کی اجازت دی کہ اپنا عریہ اس کے اندازے برابر میوے کے بدل بیچ ڈالے۔ |
