| حَدَّثَنِي مَحْمُودٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، ” جَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الشُّفْعَةَ فِي كُلِّ مَالٍ لَمْ يُقْسَمْ ، فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ وَصُرِّفَتِ الطُّرُقُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ ” . |

| ´ہم سے محمود نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے عبدالرزاق نے بیان کیا، انہیں معمر نے خبر دی، انہیں زہری نے، انہیں ابوسلمہ نے اور انہیں جابر رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ` رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے شفعہ کا حق ہر اس مال میں قرار دیا تھا جو تقسیم نہ ہوا ہو، لیکن اس کی حد بندی ہو جائے اور راستے بھی پھیر دیئے جائیں تو اب شفعہ کا حق باقی نہیں رہا۔ |

| Narrated Jabir: Allah’s Apostle gave preemption (to the partner) in every joint property, but if the boundaries of the property were demarcated or the ways and streets were fixed, then there was no pre-emption. |
