Hadith in Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ عَنْ فَأْرَةٍ سَقَطَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ ؟ فَقَالَ : ” أَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا ، فَاطْرَحُوهُ وَكُلُوا سَمْنَكُمْ
Urdu Translation
´ہم سے اسماعیل نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا مجھ کو مالک نے ابن شہاب کے واسطے سے روایت کی، وہ عبیداللہ بن عبداللہ بن عتبہ بن مسعود سے، وہ عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے وہ ام المؤمنین میمونہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ` رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے چوہے کے بارہ میں پوچھا گیا جو گھی میں گر گیا تھا۔ فرمایا اس کو نکال دو اور اس کے آس پاس (کے گھی) کو نکال پھینکو اور اپنا (باقی) گھی استعمال کرو۔
English Translation
Narrated Maimuna: Allah’s Apostle was asked regarding ghee (cooking butter) in which a mouse had fallen. He said, “Take out the mouse and throw away the ghee around it and use the rest.”
