| حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُقَاتِلٍ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ بِنْتِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ ، قَالَتْ : “دَخَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، فَقَالَ : عِنْدَكُمْ شَيْءٌ ؟ قَالَتْ : لَا ، إِلَّا شَيْءٌ بَعَثَتْ بِهِ أُمُّ عَطِيَّةَ مِنَ الشَّاةِ الَّتِي بَعَثْتَ إِلَيْهَا مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ ، قَالَ : إِنَّهَا قَدْ بَلَغَتْ مَحِلَّهَا ” . |

| ´ہم سے ابوالحسن محمد بن مقاتل نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم کو خالد بن عبداللہ نے خبر دی، انہیں خالد حذاء نے حفصہ بنت سیرین سے کہ ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہا کہ` نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے یہاں تشریف لے گئے اور دریافت فرمایا، کیا کوئی چیز (کھانے کی) تمہارے پاس ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا کہ ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے یہاں جو آپ نے صدقہ کی بکری بھیجی تھی، اس کا گوشت انہوں نے بھیجا ہے۔ اس کے سوا اور کچھ نہیں ہے۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ وہ اپنی جگہ پہنچ چکی۔ |

| Narrated Um ‘Atiyya: Once the Prophet went to `Aisha and asked her whether she had something (to eat). She said that she had nothing except the mutton which Um ‘Atiyya had sent to (Buraira) in charity. The Prophet said that it had reached its destination (i.e. it is no longer an object of charity.) |
