| حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : ” مَا حَقُّ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ لَهُ شَيْءٌ يُوصِي فِيهِ يَبِيتُ لَيْلَتَيْنِ إِلَّا وَوَصِيَّتُهُ مَكْتُوبَةٌ عِنْدَهُ ” . تَابَعَهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ . |

| ´ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا ‘ کہا ہم کو امام مالک نے خبر دی نافع سے ‘ وہ عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے کہ` رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”کسی مسلمان کے لیے جن کے پاس وصیت کے قابل کوئی بھی مال ہو درست نہیں کہ دو رات بھی وصیت کو لکھ کر اپنے پاس محفوظ رکھے بغیر گزارے۔“ امام مالک کے ساتھ اس روایت کی متابعت محمد بن مسلم نے عمرو بن دینار سے کی ہے ‘ انہوں نے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے اور انہوں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی ہے۔ |
