| حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ الْأَشْعَثِ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : ” كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُحِبُّ التَّيَمُّنَ مَا اسْتَطَاعَ فِي شَأْنِهِ كُلِّهِ فِي طُهُورِهِ وَتَرَجُّلِهِ وَتَنَعُّلِهِ ” . |

| ´ہم سے سلیمان بن حرب نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو شعبہ نے خبر دی اشعث بن سلیم کے واسطہ سے، انہوں نے مسروق سے، انہوں نے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے، آپ فرماتی ہیں کہ` رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنے تمام کاموں میں جہاں تک ممکن ہوتا دائیں طرف سے شروع کرنے کو پسند فرماتے تھے۔ طہارت کے وقت بھی، کنگھا کرنے اور جوتا پہننے میں بھی۔ |

| Narrated `Aisha: The Prophet used to start every thing from the right (for good things) whenever it was possible in all his affairs; for example: in washing, combing or wearing shoes. |
