| حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ ، عَنْ صَالِحٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ ، قَالَ : ” رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْكُلُ ذِرَاعًا يَحْتَزُّ مِنْهَا ، فَدُعِيَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ ، فَقَامَ فَطَرَحَ السِّكِّينَ فَصَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ ” . |

| ´ہم سے عبدالعزیز بن عبداللہ نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے ابراہیم بن سعد نے صالح بن کیسان سے بیان کیا، انہوں نے ابن شہاب سے، انہوں نے کہا کہ مجھ کو جعفر بن عمرو بن امیہ نے خبر دی کہ ان کے باپ عمرو بن امیہ نے بیان کیا کہ` میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دیکھا کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم بکری کی ران کا گوشت کاٹ کاٹ کر کھا رہے تھے۔ اتنے میں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نماز کے لیے بلائے گئے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کھڑے ہوئے اور چھری ڈال دی، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نماز پڑھائی اور وضو نہیں کیا۔ |

| Narrated Ja`far bin `Amr bin Umaiya: My father said, “I saw Allah’s Apostle eating a piece of meat from the shoulder of a sheep and he was called for the prayer. He stood up, put down the knife and prayed but did not perform ablution.” |
