| حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ : ” كَانَ أَنَسٌ يَنْعَتُ لَنَا صَلَاةَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَكَانَ يُصَلِّي وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ قَامَ حَتَّى نَقُولَ قَدْ نَسِيَ ” . |

| ´ہم سے ابوالولید نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے شعبہ نے ثابت بنانی سے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ` انس رضی اللہ عنہ ہمیں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی نماز کا طریقہ بتلاتے تھے۔ چنانچہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نماز پڑھتے اور جب اپنا سر رکوع سے اٹھاتے تو اتنی دیر تک کھڑے رہتے کہ ہم سوچنے لگتے کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم بھول گئے ہیں۔ |

| Narrated Thabit: Anas used to demonstrate to us the prayer of the Prophet and while demonstrating, he used to raise his head from bowing and stand so long that we would say that he had forgotten (the prostration). |
