| حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي بَكْرُ بْنُ مُضَرَ ، عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ هُرْمُزَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ابْنِ بُحَيْنَةَ ، ” أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا صَلَّى فَرَجَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ بَيَاضُ إِبْطَيْهِ ” ، وَقَالَ اللَّيْثُ : حَدَّثَنِي جَعْفَرُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ نَحْوَهُ . |

| ´ہم سے یحییٰ بن بکیر نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھ سے بکر بن مضر نے جعفر بن ربیعہ سے بیان کیا، انہوں نے عبدالرحمٰن بن ہرمز سے، انہوں نے عبداللہ بن مالک بن بحینہ سے کہ` نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب نماز پڑھتے سجدے میں اپنے دونوں بازوؤں کو اس قدر پھیلا دیتے کہ بغل کی سفیدی ظاہر ہو جاتی تھی۔ لیث بن سعد نے بیان کیا کہ مجھ سے بھی جعفر بن ربیعہ نے اسی طرح حدیث بیان کی۔ |

| Narrated `Abdullah bin Malik bin Buhaina: Whenever the Prophet used to offer prayer he used to keep arms away (from the body) so that the whiteness of his armpits was visible. |
