| حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرٌ ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ابْنِ بُحَيْنَةَ ، قَالَ : ” صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الظُّهْرَ فَقَامَ وَعَلَيْهِ جُلُوسٌ ، فَلَمَّا كَانَ فِي آخِرِ صَلَاتِهِ سَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيْنِ وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ ” . |

| ´قتیبہ بن سعید نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے بکر بن مضر نے جعفر بن ربیعہ سے بیان کیا، انہوں نے اعرج سے بیان کیا، ان سے عبداللہ بن مالک بن بحینہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے، کہا کہ` ہمیں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نماز ظہر پڑھائی۔ آپ کو چاہیے تھا بیٹھنا لیکن آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم (بھول کر) کھڑے ہو گئے پھر نماز کے آخر میں بیٹھے ہی بیٹھے دو سجدے کئے۔ |

| Narrated `Abdullah bin Malik bin Buhaina: Once Allah’s Apostle led us in the Zuhr prayer and got up (after the prostrations of the second rak`a) although he should have sat (for the Tashahhud). So at the end of the prayer, he prostrated twice while sitting (prostrations of Sahu). |
