| حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْبَصْرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، ” أَنَّ نَاسًا طَافُوا بالبيت بَعْدَ صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ ، ثُمَّ قَعَدُوا إِلَى الْمُذَكِّرِ حَتَّى إِذَا طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ قَامُوا يُصَلُّونَ ، فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا : قَعَدُوا حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَتِ السَّاعَةُ الَّتِي تُكْرَهُ فِيهَا الصَّلَاةُ قَامُوا يُصَلُّونَ ” . |

| ´ہم سے حسن بن عمر بصریٰ رحمہ اللہ نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے یزید بن زریع نے بیان کیا، ان سے حبیب نے، ان سے عطاء نے، ان سے عروہ نے، ان سے ام المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہ` کچھ لوگوں نے صبح کی نماز کے بعد کعبہ کا طواف کیا۔ پھر ایک وعظ کرنے والے کے پاس بیٹھ گئے اور جب سورج نکلنے لگا تو وہ لوگ نماز (طواف کی دو رکعت) پڑھنے کے لیے کھڑے ہو گئے۔ اس پر عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے (ناگواری کے ساتھ) فرمایا جب سے تو یہ لوگ بیٹھے تھے اور جب وہ وقت آیا کہ جس میں نماز مکروہ ہے تو نماز کے لیے کھڑے ہو گئے۔ |

| Narrated `Urwa from Aisha: Some people performed Tawaf (of the Ka`ba) after the morning prayer and then sat to listen to a preacher till sunrise, and then they stood up for the prayer. Then Aisha commented, “Those people kept on sitting till it was the time in which the prayer is disliked and after that they stood up for the prayer.” |
