| حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : ” أَنَّ دَاوُدَ النَّبِيَّ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام ، كَانَ لَا يَأْكُلُ إِلَّا مِنْ عَمَلِ يَدِهِ ” . |

| ´ہم سے یحییٰ بن موسیٰ نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے عبدالرزاق نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہمیں معمر نے خبر دی، انہیں ہمام بن منبہ نے، ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا، اور ان سے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کہ` داؤد علیہ السلام صرف اپنے ہاتھ کی کمائی سے کھایا کرتے تھے۔ |
