| حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَبَّانُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ قَتَادَةُ : أَخْبَرَنِي عَنْ صَالِحٍ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، قَالَ :سَمِعْتُ حَكِيمَ بْنَ حِزَامٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : ” الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا ، فَإِنْ صَدَقَا وَبَيَّنَا بُورِكَ لَهُمَا فِي بَيْعِهِمَا ، وَإِنْ كَذَبَا وَكَتَمَا مُحِقَتْ بَرَكَةُ بَيْعِهِمَا ” . |

| ´مجھ سے اسحاق بن منصور نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم کو حبان بن ہلال نے خبر دی، کہا کہ ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، کہ ان کو قتادہ نے خبر دی کہ مجھے صالح ابوالخلیل نے خبر دی، انہیں عبداللہ بن حارث نے، کہا کہ میں نے حکیم بن حزام رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا کہ` نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا خریدنے اور بیچنے والے جب تک ایک دوسرے سے الگ الگ نہ ہو جائیں انہیں اختیار باقی رہتا ہے۔ اب اگر دونوں نے سچائی اختیار کی اور ہر بات صاف صاف بیان اور واضح کر دی، تو ان کی خرید و فروخت میں برکت ہوتی ہے۔ لیکن اگر انہوں نے کوئی بات چھپائی یا جھوٹ بولا تو ان کی خرید و فروخت میں سے برکت مٹا دی جاتی ہے۔ |

| Narrated Hakim bin Hizam: The Prophet said, “The buyer and the seller have the option of canceling or confirming the bargain unless they separate, and if they spoke the truth and made clear the defects of the goods, them they would be blessed in their bargain, and if they told lies and hid some facts, their bargain would be deprived of Allah’s blessings.” |
