| حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ ذَكْوَانَ ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : ” مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ ظُلْمٌ ، وَمَنْ أُتْبِعَ عَلَى مَلِيٍّ فَلْيَتَّبِعْ ” . |

| ´ہم سے محمد بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے سفیان ثوری نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابن ذکوان نے، ان سے اعرج نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ` نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، مالدار کی طرف سے (قرض ادا کرنے میں) ٹال مٹول کرنا ظلم ہے۔ اور اگر کسی کا قرض کسی مالدار کے حوالہ کیا جائے تو وہ اسے قبول کرے۔ |

| Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, “Procrastination (delay) in paying debts by a wealthy person is injustice. So, if your debt is transferred from your debtor to a rich debtor, you should agree.” |
