| حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : ” أَقِيمُوا صُفُوفَكُمْ فَإِنِّي أَرَاكُمْ مِنْ وَرَاءِ ظَهْرِي ، وَكَانَ أَحَدُنَا يُلْزِقُ مَنْكِبَهُ بِمَنْكِبِ صَاحِبِهِ وَقَدَمَهُ بِقَدَمِهِ ” . |

| ´ہم سے عمرو بن خالد نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے زہیر بن معاویہ نے حمید سے بیان کیا، انہوں نے انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے، انہوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے کہ` آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، صفیں برابر کر لو۔ میں تمہیں اپنے پیچھے سے بھی دیکھتا رہتا ہوں اور ہم میں سے ہر شخص یہ کرتا کہ (صف میں) اپنا کندھا اپنے ساتھی کے کندھے سے اور اپنا قدم (پاؤں) اس کے قدم (پاؤں) سے ملا دیتا تھا۔ |

| Narrated Anas bin Malik: The Prophet said, “Straighten your rows for I see you from behind my back.” Anas added, “Everyone of us used to put his shoulder with the shoulder of his companion and his foot with the foot of his companion.” |
