| حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : “رَأَيْتُ الَّذِينَ يَشْتَرُونَ الطَّعَامَ مُجَازَفَةً ، يُضْرَبُونَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَبِيعُوهُ ، حَتَّى يُؤْوُوهُ إِلَى رِحَالِهِمْ ” . |

| ´ہم سے اسحاق بن ابراہیم نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم کو ولید بن مسلم نے خبر دی، انہیں اوزاعی نے، انہیں زہری نے، انہیں سالم نے، اور ان سے ان کے باپ نے بیان کیا، کہ` میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانے میں ان لوگوں کو دیکھا جو اناج کے ڈھیر (بغیر تولے ہوئے محض اندازہ کر کے) خرید لیتے ان کو مار پڑتی تھی۔ اس لیے کہ جب تک اپنے گھر نہ لے جائیں نہ بچیں۔ |

| Narrated Salim: that his father said. “I saw those, who used to buy foodstuff without measuring or weighing in the life time of the Prophet being punished if they sold it before carrying it to their own houses.” |
